Kim Reed, Accounting & Operations

 

In 2000 Kim took over all aspects of the accounting department and daily operations of the office while also working as flight respiratory therapist for St. Charles Medical Center and Air Link.   Kim spearheaded the company’s long-term vision by maintaining survivability during a tough economic time and working directly with Alan on selecting jobs that were mutually beneficial for both Cascade Insulation and the client.  Kim is a graduate of Creighton University, majoring in Respiratory Care.  Today, Kim resides in Bend, OR with her husband and daughter and her hobbies include swim meets with her daughter, working with her horses and 4-H.
